High-calorie, protein-rich and warming, it was designed to sustain workers through cold mountain mornings. Vegan & Gluten-Free Options
We believe everyone deserves a wonderful breakfast. Dietary accommodations we provide:
- Vegan: Extended plant-based spread — additional vegetables, olive oil dips, hummus, tahini, fresh fruit, herbal teas, plant-based spreads. Mihlama excluded but replaced with additional dishes.
- Gluten-free: Mısır ekmeği (corn bread) is naturally gluten-free and is our traditional staple — in fact gluten-free guests experience a more authentic Black Sea breakfast. Eggs, cheeses, honey and vegetables all GF.
- Dairy-free: Notify us and we remove cheese and butter items, supplement with extra vegetables, nuts and fruit.
- Children: Simpler options available — scrambled eggs, mild white cheese, honey, fresh fruit, plain bread.
